How To Make Fix Firmware Pantum

Firt You need to download program -> NOCHIP

Connect your Pantum printer or MFP to your computer with a USB cable. Run the program NoChipFirmwareUpgrade4. Next, click the “Get Printer ID” button and wait for the information to be received. At the top of the window, a unique printer identifier (ID) will be displayed, which is required to generate the Pantum Firmware Fix. You need to copy it (Copy ID) or save it to a file (Save ID to File), then insert a unique ID into the Identifier (ID) field.

Firmware Instruction!!!

1. Remove the side cover of the printer housing from the side where the USB cable is connected.

2. Close (with tweezers) the CN2 contacts are located in the upper left corner of the formatter board and turn on the printer with the POWER button

3. The device should turn on in BootLoader Mode !!!, this can be checked by clicking the “Get Printer ID” button in the program. In this case, there will be no indication on the screen of the MFP.

4. Press the “Upgrade Firmware” button and select the M5. Wait about 30 seconds for the green bar at the bottom of the program to fill up. After that, turn off (by holding the power button for 5 seconds, or by disconnecting from the mains) and turn on the device again. Now the device should go into Bootloader mode on its own.

5. After all this, you can send chipless firmware by clicking “Upgrade Firmware” and selecting the file NoChip_XXXXXXXXXX_M6500_2.A.0.8.fwr. The firmware process can be quite lengthy, 5-15 minutes, while the NoChipFirmwareUpgrade4.exe program may visually freeze and not respond. IMPORTANT: Never unplug the machine from the mains until the end of the process!

6. After successful completion, the green bar at the bottom of the program will be completely filled and the device will reboot itself. After flashing, the chip on the cartridge is ignored. The toner level will constantly show 100%. It is not necessary to stick or remove the chip
